I am waiting on one of their Gold accounts, where 
they set a YJ account for you. I recently spoke 
to them about the fact that it has been three 
weeks (heaven forbid!) and was told that Keigo, 
the main guy in Japan, had been called away and 
that everything going on in Japan was behind 
schedule.

I have NEVER had any problems with their service, 
and would trust them implicitly.
