Celga's correspondence isn't the best and if it 
written by Keigo it tends to be curt and 
unfriendly. More importantly seeing how you've 
had such difficult for the past six months and 
they failed to resolve this long overdue 
situation, I'd recommend another dp. For this 
length of time they should be profusely 
apologizing to you for the inconvenience they've 
caused YOU. Personally, I don't use them anymore 
b/c of Keigo's difficult personality. Good luck.
