Actually this has been ongoing for quite awhile 
(over 6 months). I did email em (a few times)and 
they said they would check on it(also a few 
times) but they never got back to me(most recent 
was a few months ago). Thats why I was wondering. 
I kinda think Im gonna have to chalk this up as 
an undependable service but I wanted to check 
with others before I start tossing out my opinion.
