Have you tried contacting them through the email 
on their website? They might be on the road for 
con season and out of touch. It is difficult to 
reach a lot of sites right now. Keep trying, 
because they are reliable. I have bought three 
cels from them, all of them fairly expensive, and 
have not had a problem yet.
