I don't see the problem - if you wanted the cel,
you too could have purchased it from store X
before store Y did and then save yourself store
Y's markup.  I mean, it does seem to be an
outrageous markup, but who's to say that its wrong?  

its like everything else - if you know where to
get something cheaper, you get it, if not, you pay
retail (or the going price...)
