I would'nt i enjoy collecting cels and i have 
never really ever spent too much money when i 
started i bought a few dbz cels and after i got 
tired of dbz i started other things but i sold my 
dbz cels and got more with that and so on.So it 
doesnt cost me anything really but if i had spent 
money i still would'nt because i dont run out and 
buy every nice cel or like 20 cels in a month lol 
i know myself i can manage my money well so 
really i can control myself anyways thats my 
answer.Thats the same reason i collect for its 
fun i think its no different then collecting 
cards or comics plus you get to meet all sorts fo 
p eople through collecting
