I have personally never done business with this 
person because I've heard nothing but bad things 
about how he handles his business.  However, I do 
have say that your statement in regards 
to "people in France" is completely off-color.  
While I may not be French, I have been to France 
on a few occassions and spent weeks travelling 
all of France and was treated with nothing but 
absolute respect and kindness.  Stereo-typing the 
French because of one bad seller is completely 
immature.  Cel collecting is a hobby shared and 
loved by all nationalities, so I ask that you 
remember that when making public posts.
