Nope. I bought a cel from him in October of 2002. 
The cel was then sold to someone else in December 
2002. He has yet to return my money and has 
completely ignored my emails. I have turned him 
into Paypal and ifccfbi for fraud. I also alerted 
ebay at the time he was selling a lot of cels 
under the name cartoonist2. 

I know Rekka already knows this but thought I 
still warn everyone about him one more time.
