I do think this is a big deal.  It is not right 
that if I bid on an auction along with several 
people to have that auction suddenly closed & 
the item sold to someone else.    If the person 
who the cel was sold to should have bid on it 
like everyone else; that is the whole point of 
eBay giving every one a fair chance at getting 
something.  Or they could have contacted the 
person about the cel when they saw it in their 
gallery.  That person might not have sold it to 
them right then & there but they may of keep 
them in mind when they did decided to sell it.

I can see closing an auction once in awhile do 
to certain circumstances or canceling an auction 
if you get a good offer but there are NO bidders 
on the auction.  But, in my opinion, to cancel 
auctions with bidders this frequently is just 
plain wrong.

It is MY business when it affects me from 
getting something that I would have, possibly, 
gotten.  Canceling an auction while I & other 
people are still bidding on it makes it our 
business.

I agree with the previous poster, your post is 
not helping her case at all.  In fact you are 
making her sound even worse.  I think if any 
should defend her it should be her herself.
