ok well....FRANKly it is everyones business to 
do what they please with their cels. 

If someone offers more money or contacts the 
seller with a reason why they want the cel, it 
is up to the seller on what they would like to 
do. No one can stop it. 

I think people need to just leave everyones 
business alone. It is NO ONES BUSINESS WHAT 
OTHER PEOPLE DO.
