Frankly, she may be a sweet person, but if you're
her friend, and you are making it very clear that
we shouldn't do business with her.  You are giving
her a bad image by defending her the way you do.  

I agree that people are making this a bigger deal
than it should be, but right now, you are not
better than them.  Look at how you're attacking
people, and accusing people.  Don't think using
the word FRANKly will go unnoticed. 

Collectors have lied to that poor girl to make her
believe things that aren't real and she has taken
them to heart. If you are not her, than you should
choose your words more carefully when defending
her.  The words you have choosen, have just made
her look worse.
