Well, regardless of when the last time the winner 
contacted you, if you –wrote- payment is due in 
14 days on your auction, hold them to I 
(otherwise there is no point in having rules). 
Two weeks is plenty of time to send payment even 
by USPS. Excuses are plentiful and usually just 
that, excuses. You can begin the process to 
reclaim your listing fees, do not wait any 
longer. This irresponsible user/deadbeat should 
be blocked from your future auctions as well, do 
you really want this kind of grief again? Also, 
regardless if you are just starting the listing 
fee refund process, contact the secondary bidders 
and offer it to them at the winning bid asap! 
Worse thing they say no, you get your listing fee 
refunded and if you decide to, you can relist the 
item (personally don’t advise). Good luck.
