I Look then up on e-bay and see if there is a # 
listed with them. If so I call them. I just had 
to do this with an Auction I won and sent payment 
for. The same day I got Neg feedback I called her 
and she said she recieved my payment that day and 
would change feedback but I have yet to see her 
post and appology in the comments section of the 
feedback portion...
