To add to what minion said, I think you need to realise anime 
isn't all about what the characters are wearing. There are 
stories, morals, and issues that are dealt with. I know 
respectable professional men in their late thirties and 
early forties watching the show, and even someone in their 
seventies. Do I think they're going to turn into molesters 
just because they admit miniskirts look good? Hell no! Give 
fans, and the shows a break. There's more to both than meets the 
eye, and you do both sides a disservice by making quick 
judgements.
