Oh yeah, he still hasn't given me anything for 
all the money I WASTED on him.  But I still 
haven't let him off the hook, I send him email 
every so often to "remind" him that he still 
owes me.  I responded ones at the end of July 
and said that he was out of the country on 
business and would send out the cel the 
following week when he would be back in France.  
Alas, that was last month, and nothing has 
appeared in the mail.  He is once again not 
responding to my email, so I may send him 
another one......  Frankly, he owes me much more 
than a semi-pretty cel.
