Hi All,

I purchased 4 cels from Olivier Gilbert over 3 
months ago.  It took him 2 months to send me 2 
of the cels, and I still have not received the 
others or a refund (320 Euro).  He has not 
responded to me in over a month now though I 
have sent him several e-mails.

Any suggestions?
