I have complained about this particular dealer a 
number of times on this forum. I bought/paid for 
a cel from him 10/28/02. The cel ended up getting 
sold to someone else in 12/02. He has yet to 
return my money or respond to me. I eventually 
reported him for fraud to paypal in February 2003 
and to the IFCC on March 4, 2003. Another cheated 
buyer from this forum has done the same. 

I'm not sure if there is another source if you're 
in Europe, but it may be worth a try.  
IFCC The more they hear about him, the more 
likely it is that they will go after him.

I guess to be fair I should point out that some 
people seem to have no trouble with him, so its 
kind of a hit or miss situation. Either way, 
other collectors should beware.
