Personally, I would NEVER buy nor sell a fan cel.
 I think that is a total waste of money unless the
work is oriignal.

However, I can offer you a better option.  Why not
make it yourself?  I have just started painting
cels for fun and let me tell ya, it is a lot of fun!

I have the Eva Opening cel just like that one only
it is A-12 sequence.  I also have the original
douga that came with it.  If you'd like, e-mail me
and I will get a scan of the drawing to you and
you can go to office depot and xerox the sketch
onto a transparency and you can paint it yourself.
 The best part is that if you mess up, you can go
back and xerox another one without having to
retrace the cel like what a fan artist would have
to do.  Also, it is as accurate as the original
one since it comes from the original sketch.
