the seller is only selling information.  Like 
where you'd be able to find/buy cels like this, 
etc etc.
The description basically says that you too can 
get cels like this and make money too with this 
method... I'll even provide you with list of 
stores tha you could buy cels like this.. etc 
etc... 
Nothing to do with the cel in the picture.
It is very misleading, especially since the 
seller is showing cel pictures as if he's selling 
the cel >_<
