Hey there!  I've been reading some old posts 
with great comments you all have submitted on 
making backgrounds for your cels.  I'd like to 
know from those of you who do make your own, 
what software do you like/use to make the screen 
captures and to "smudge" the characters out of 
the scene?  Before I buy anything, I'd like to 
know what people already doing it like to use. 

I'm pretty new to cel collecting and have just 
started framing some of my favorites.  A few 
don't really need a background, but some would 
look tons better if I had the background to go 
with the character's image.   Any helpful 
information you could share would be greatly 
appreciated!
