But cel prices are not dropping, for the most 
part they are returning to what their normal 
price levels were in Japan.

Cel prices were high for us because we had 
almost no access to cels and a high demand for 
that small quantity, and dealers need to cover 
their expenses.

Then access to Yahoo Japan became available and 
most people went crazy because there was such a 
vast number of cels available, prices were low 
(compared to what people were used to), and at 
least for those of us in America we had a strong 
economy.

Now we have a weak (but supposedly recovering) 
economy, people have gotten used to the access 
to a larger number of cels, dealers don’t update 
as often anymore (which is sad, even if their 
prices were a little higher.  They still had 
really nice cels), and peoples interests in 
particular series has changed over time to the 
newest stuff.
