Cels prices move all over the show. In general I 
would be hard pressed to recover my investment in 
all but some particular series that I collect. I 
have grossly overpaid for some cels and got some 
at bargains. 

Knowing that however, in order to secure the cels 
I want I am willing to wear the pain in bull and 
bear markets because a particular cel may never 
come up again for sale.

Never feel bad about the marked to market value 
of the cels you collect unless you were thinking 
of them as an investment. I don't think of them 
as such. They represent sunk cost.
