I cannot speak for anyone else... (probablly b/c 
I came into the hobby @ a low period)  but 
anyways.   I'm in this hobby solely for the love 
the shows/movies that I collect from.  Each cel 
to me is my own peace of artwork from a great 
animation.

I know there are cels that I've payed too much 
for, while on the flip side I know there's cels 
that I've gotten GREAT deals on.  I try not to 
worry about if I have to sell my collection if 
I'll get the exact money I paid back for them.  I 
kind of see it as this:  

"The money I paid, is gone... (if I EVER sell) 
any money I get from them is more money than what 
I had to start with."

(A Sort of in general) With the pricing of cels 
becoming lower and lower... I think it is 
probably just a trend, and some day the value of 
cels will right back up again.  

My advice:  How about taking advantage of the 
down time w/pricing and pick up some cels at 
great prices!!!
