I like to use a translator by Excite that
translates the whole page:
http://homepage1.nifty.com/NewSphere/trans.html
It is better than babelfish, but still is a
bit "iffy" on some of the terms. (Like "yen"
translates to "circles," and douga or sketch
both translate to "animation.") I have bought a
few things from Yahoo Japan (through Celga.com)
and have been surprised, always to the GOOD,
when I've received my items. Like I was pretty
sure that the douga was stuck to the last cel I
bought, but when it arrived it was clean and
unstuck! Lovely! Since I can't ask questions
in Japanese, you always take a chance with the
small scrap of a description that most of the YJ
auctions provide. The Japanese just don't ramble
on and on with description like we do. :)
Hope that helps a bit.
