You can use a deputy service like Anime Chaos,
Anime Dep, or Rinkya to do the bidding and the
interaction with the sellers for you.  Their sites
also offer already found search links and
explanations of the Japanese pages.  However, on a
whole, they do not translate auction titles,
description, Q&A and so forth, so it's best to get
a friend who knows Japanese to help out if things
look suspicious, too good to be true, need
clarification, etc.
