I think herein lies a small problem.
You see someone saying stop spamming the boards 
as a small to no point, however spam is highly 
illegal...
Feel free to go lookup the definition of spam. 
You will see that I have done no such thing. I 
pride myself on my honesty and by the golden 
rule. I would not in good faith go and spam 
anyones board, and certainly not just to place an 
add for my own board.

Another misconception that people seem to be 
making is that you are entrusting me with 
something by using my site. You are not. I in no 
way/shape/or form have anything to do with your 
item you place up for bid, nor would I want to 
for reasons of accountability. I simply am 
providing a medium for selling that item.

Online forums are not considered written in the 
eyes of electronic law. Libel and slander are 
nearly the same entity in this respect. You can 
VERY WELL slander someone on an online forum, as 
the medium is not in the format of a written 
statement, moreover it is spoken dialoge.
Saying, "You suck" in a forums holds the same 
weight in court as saying it in person, while 
having written, "You suck" in say an online 
publification would qualify as Libel.
The point is more along the lines of defamation 
of character, to be more specific, calling me a 
spammer... which is incorrect on one hand, and on 
the other is putting in into the same class as 
the much hated people that actually DO spam.
The word spammer is also now a derogatory term, 
and I do not relish be related to such a term.
I am by NO means threatening anything, and you 
need to reassess your own claims of me doing such 
before deciding to enter a debate. I simply 
stated that it can be viewed as such to solidify 
the seriousness at which I have taken such claims.

No one likes to be called names, nor do they like 
to be touted into a much hated class. I am no 
exception.
Furthermore, I see no reason to further defend my 
justified actions. I am not about to even TRY to 
convence you to use my services. To be honest, I 
would not want anyone that can make such a pompus 
statement and in the same sentence damn me for 
arogance, however, as stated before, I am mearly 
providing a medium to sell your wares... and I 
would not can you from my site until you have 
done something that I see as unbefitting to what 
I wish to see on my site.
I very well now expect to see the mod ban me 
under the same pretext... as I personally would 
not want a thread as long and full of flames as 
this one on my board either. I might not agree 
with him banning me, as I still say I have done 
nothing inherently wrong, besides perhaps a 
immature outbreak on my own defense... I would 
maybe delete the thread and perhaps talk to the 
individual personally instead of making another 
post belittling him with the topic, and them 
threatening him to take further action so that 
you won't lose any sleep when you ban them, 
stating, "He did it to himself."
I would LIKE to say I always take the more mature 
approch such as listed above, but then again, 
from all this community has seen thus far from 
me, I have pretty much blown my ability to say 
that with any credibility.
Such is life.

I will however appologize for my ride post... 
even if it was in my opinion justified, it was 
rude, and I'll be the first to be the bigger man 
and admit up to my mistakes. I did not wish to 
start a flame war I actually hate them and stay 
out of them at all costs. 
Perhaps I can kill this one as well, if not i am 
sure the mod will anyways.
I will not post, nor read any comments after this 
one, so any posts made by you the readers, will 
be you simply flaming on this board, and I am 
sure the mod has some rule against that.
Mod feel free to post you decision and actions 
that you will, if you ban me, please contact me 
perosnally with your responce and your reasons, 
so that I may review them for my own self 
gratification or hiderance.
