I just bought this yesterday from Anime Gambit.
And I as I was driving back from Seattle after 
purchasing it, I was nearly crushed by a person 
in a semi trying to watch the Concord land at 
Boeing field.
We were both a "Near MIss!!!!" or something like 
that.
I like these weird cels to.
I almost consider this guy a side character.
He was in enough episodes to be in the running.
