For Rinkya you don't have to pay anything in 
advance!!!! (well, some people have to leave a 
deposit, over which you can't bid)  They have 
mega-fees though so I only use them when they're 
having a sale (like now).  With Celga you have 
to deposit half in advance with paypal.
