If I'm understanding Mrs./Mr./Ms. Shadows 
correctly... I think they just don't like paying 
30-50+ in fees, that don't include shipping to 
you.  When the seller will ship internationaly, 
it sucks to pay fees for someone else to do it 
for you.  

I haven't pulled the trigger on alot of cels, b/c 
of the fees which I'd have to pay.   I was gonna 
go ahead once, on a recent Darkside Blues auction 
for 3 cels and one BEAUTIFUL cel of Darkside 
himself... **swoons**  ( I love Darkside's 
character )  ANYWAYS, the auction ended before I 
would have been able to get a payment to one of 
the deputy sites. 

Don't you have to send some kind of money to the 
deputies before they'll bid for you?  If I'm 
wrong, I'm gonna hang myself!  I REALLY wanted 
that cel of Darkside!  =\
