There's some cels I would like off of Y!J that 
will only add up to about $30.  I don't want to 
have to pay an additional $30+  for a deputy 
service to bid and ship to me, when the seller 
says that they'll ship internationally.

Is this something that I have to chalk up to 
sucking (paying $60 for $30 worth of cels) until 
I get a good enough rep with Celga to get my own 
account?
