This topic hits one of my pet peaves right on 
the head.
I love having the all the paper with a cel that 
I buy and I have heard that it has become fairly 
common for cels and their douga/genga to be 
seperated for some really expensive series.
I always keep the cel and douga together.
As it was, I was able to find 1 of the 4 
sketches used on a ccs movie 2 cel I had when I 
was at a cel showing.
I was really lucking in that the lady who owned 
it was willing to let it go.
