At the present the only Rilezu Cels with original drawings
are Narue and Super Submarine 99.

Yes it would be nice if all the rilezu came with drawings, but
sadly to it isn't going to happen, the copyright owners
decide this and most of them are against having the
original sketch included.

Under 10,000 yen ? Sorry this will never happen. Rilezu cels
have production costs to be considered, Production cels do
not.

I realize that many think it would be better if this was done,
of if this was included and such. I have even received emails
telling me I should make cels from such and such anime
because it would sell great.

As with the pencil drawings above the copyright holders
have a say in a wide range of things, such as

1) Whether pencil(douga,genga) drawings can be included.
2) Whether original backgrounds can be included.
3) Whether printed backgrounds can be included.
4) How many can made.
5) What Episodes can be used.
6) Whether Rilezu Cels can made for that Anime.

and the list just goes on and on.
