Hi All,

Question to anyone who has ever received REALLY
rude email - do you even reply?  Or, if so, what
do you say?  I have a lot of words that come
to mind, but none of them are very nice ^_~, so
I certainly wouldn't reply with that!

I just received an extremely rude email about
"you got ripped off for these cels" and "making
insurance required" (for $1300 worth of cels) 
"is a pretty stupid move again on your part."
Then the [takes a breath and doesn't type the
word that comes to mind for this type of 
person ^.~) PERSON repeatly calls me "stupid."
And of course he/she ends the email in "just a
word to help you ~ good luck and don't expect
much."

Now, I'm not saying that I didn't overpay for
the cels (which I am currently taking a $150+
loss on) - everyone is entitled to his or her
opinion on worth (which differs for each person
on each series).  The fact that I overpaid 
doesn't bother me... but the fact that someone
would take the time to write a message THAT
rude (and obviously not constructive, despite
the sarcastic "just a word to help you" at the
end) just surprises me.  What does he/she really
gain by being a jerk?  I'm both offended and
baffled.

So... back to an actual question here... have
any of you received emails that struck you as
being unbelievably rude?  Did you reply?  If so,
what do you say to someone who obviously has the
social skills of an earthworm?
