I mean, if you want to cry unfair, I have 3 
positive feedbacks that were converted to 
neutrals because back in the day, eBay had this 
policy that if a user was unregistered, their 
feedback, no matter what it was, would be 
automatically turned into a neutral. So I have 3 
neutrals that do nothing but praise me...go 
figure.
