sorry to hear this. Similar bad experience has 
happened to me around a year ago. I won one of 
my top wishlist cel on YJ through a deputy 
service, paid for it and after they told me the 
item was lost. Fortunately for me they refund me 
without too much problems, but I lost a lot of 
fees in this deal.  
A few month ago I was so surprised to see this 
item for sale by the deputy on YJ. I have 
contacted them and they have accepted to sell it 
back to me at the same price I paid it first 
time.
