I almost wish it was something as simple as me 
making a mistake for one of the lost items, but 
no way.  I bookmarked the auction and have 
certainly checked it after it ended, even once 
more tonight out of habit.  The auction was won 
by the Deputy and for lower then my max bid.  On 
top of that, the Deputy had informed they would 
bid on the item for me.  Thanks for the 
suggestions though.
