I always use the same Deputy Service, thus far,
to bid on items off of YJ. Well, over a month
ago now I was told by this Deputy that one item
had been lost... very vague, but ok, there's not
a lot I can do I guess *sigh*. Now, two weeks
ago, I found out that another item was lost,
that I very badly wanted... ugh, I was very
disappointed.
Well, tonight I find that second item is on a
rubberslug members site!!! I am furious! It is
definitely the exact same item(I am being very
vague to protect identities so far)! This
person isn't even a japanese resident or
anything of that nature because they are known
for being in the US, trust me. Well, this would
mean that the Deputy royally F-ed up and sent my
item to the wrong person and then A. that seller
kept the item unmorally or B. They thought they
had won them and hence paid for them. For the
time being, since this person is known to be a
good person, I'm going with B. This would also
mean that the Deputy may have told them they
couldn't bid then told them they won, sent the
item to the wrong address or many other
scenarios.
There is also the chance that the Deputy did
this private collector a special favor, but I
highly doubt it.
I have no idea what to do about this. I have
contacted the Deputy(whom gets to remain
nameless for now*grr*) and have not recieved a
response thus far. I am waiting to contact the
rubberslug member because they are probably
completely innocent.
The only saving grace in all this is that the
Deputy informed me that both the items were lost
before I paid for them, so at the very least I
didn't loose money. This is a huge mistake
though, and possibly unforgivable, but we'll
see. This is not the first, second, or third
time that this Deputy has screwed over myself or
a friend.
The main point of this post was to ask if anyone
knows the whereabouts of the cel in the
picture. It is the first item that was lost,
that has yet to be found. I know I said I would
be vague, but this item has been missing for a
while now. It would have ended on YJ roughly
two months ago. I would really appreciate
knowing if this cel had the same fate as the
second item, so I can contact the Deputy about
it, if not more. Thank you all for your time. |
