I just eMailed this guy as well. Haven't 
received a reply yet, and I doubt I'll get one 
(unless it's a one-liner flame XP). This just 
proves my theory of how he got my cel image:
Quote: "Doesn't  matter if you put text on them 
or what.  They will be edited and put on other 
websites."
He took mine and just erased the watermark, 
since it didn't interfere with the actual image. 
This, in my mind, tells me he knows he's 
wrong in taking these images but goes and 
does it anyway.

By the way, his hosting doesn't expire until July
