She obviously does not quite "get" the fact 
that, just as there is no "overnight" mail from 
one side of the big pond to the other...

there are different LAWS in different countries!!
("it's a FELONY!" -- spare us *grin*)

Not that it makes your situation any nicer, but 
it's just a real hoot that people assume their 
own local situation is universal.  

Either that, or it's a really sad commentary on 
the state of education on this side of the 
water... :-)
