Like Startyde said I really wouldnt worry about 
eBay. Im not saying that their services are 
*bad* but they are made in such a way to not 
make eBay liable for anything.. ever, lol. Also 
the eBay custumer base is huge, in the millions 
Im told, so even if a small precentage make a 
complaint, you can imagine how much stuff they 
need to go through. So Im sure they will recieve 
the cel way before eBay moves.

As far as postage is concerned... there are lots 
of reasons for the delay. All postage services 
say their air mail takes a week.. but if you 
look at the fine print, what it really means it 
that it will take the about a week to get the 
parcel to the country of destination, after that 
it all depends on that countries postal and 
custom services. From personal experiance, I 
have know Brittish customs to hold packages for 
3 weeks! o_O So it happens.

As far as the postage reciept is concerned, you 
had to fill out a cutoms declerations form (the 
little green piece of paper) that was sent off 
with the cel, if you go to the post office they 
should be able to give you some sort fo proof 
that you sent the parcel off based on that 
customs decleration (which had you rname ect on 
it)
