If you have proof that you have paid, a Paypal 
invoice or money order receipt, or email 
communication between the two of you pertaining 
to this transaction.

I would follow up with it somehow.

If you have mailed a payment to her, you would 
have her home address. That way you could get 
intouch with the proper authorities in her area 
and report the fraud.

I haven't seen bad posts about her before, but 
I've seen reputable buyers/sellers do things out 
of character. Hopefully she will return your 
funds since she did not hold up her part of the 
bargain.

I hope you two work this out.
