YEs this art work was paid for in March of 2003. 
I had paid for it over several months when the 
agreement and artwork was first worked out in 
November 2002. So to answer your question mala I 
did pay for everything and still have not 
received anything in return since I was sent an 
email that said it was finished in March 27th, 
2003.
