I use Rinkya as my primary deputy now, after a 
brief flirtation with Celga.  Rinkya tends to be 
a little cheaper with their perpetual 'cel sale' 
on.  They're also very prompt and friendly (I 
had a bit of a credit card problem and they were 
REALLY cool about it).

I don't have any problem with the free bags 
either!  They're thicker than Heiko and don't 
have the adhesive strip at the top (I never use 
it anyway).  No brand sticker so I can't tell 
you any more than that.

*shrug*  They're free!  None of my cels have 
spontaneously caught fire or developed murderous 
tendancies so I'm willing to keep using them
