You do own copyright in your scan.  If they had 
majorly modified the scan they might be able to 
get away with it, but if it has been left to where 
it is positively your scan you can contact their 
service provider about their user making 
unauthorized use of your copyright scan of your 
personal property - if user will not comply with 
request from you their provider might.
