There used to be a setting in that "Custom level" 
area which (though turned off by default) could 
be turned on to allow cookies. I don't know when 
they changed it, but there's now absolutely 
nothing in there about cookies.

Probably Microslouch thinks they're "protecting 
me" by not letting me do anything. (*growl*) Being
a user, I simply must be too stupid to understand 
things like cookies. ~_~
