I can only give a general answer, which might not
be very helpful, but would give you a place to
start.
Making something a "restricted site" is really
only applying a certain, pre-chosen-by-Microsoft
security settings that they believe constitutes
the right configuration for a "restricted site".
So, in general terms, you could go to
Tools --> Internet Options --> Security -->
Restricted Sites --> Custom Level
and fiddle with the settings to see if you can
find one that will leave you logged in without
allowing your computer to be infected by the
horrible spyware that waits to pounce on you.
That's about the best I can suggest. I myself
have become reconciled to always being (nli), and
hoping that nobody ruins my already-shady
reputation by pretending to be me.
