The converse applies to many people, myself
included. Thankfully, there are more people who DO
appreciate the groundbreaking OVAs than not. The
value for the tv series cels rarely equal that of
a mediocre BGC OVA cel. Since you enjoy the
designs of the tv series you are in luck, so...
many animes currently share very similar designs.
