They should be able to help you out.  If they
refuse to, then just file a claim with the CC and
tell them to stop all funds.  I've done that
before, was through Paypal, but Paypal stepped out
saying it was too long time duration.  So, I
called my CC company and they immediately stopped
all funds even before I filed the claim!!
