hi, i need help about this. i am really at a lost 
what to do.
i won some cels on ebay and they came a few days 
ago. i paid $10 for shipping and insurance. i got 
the package a few days ago, and the seller paid 
$1.95 for shipping WITHOUT insurance, as a result 
2 of the 3 cels were severly damaged. inuyashas 
lines in his face are gone and the paint is 
chipped. it was not like that in the auction. and 
i dont even want to explain the other one. i have 
tried to contact the seller but he/she wont reply 
to my emails. they say in the auction that they 
will not be responsible for auctions without 
insurance but i paid for it.
