I agree. Blair is right, a person has the right 
to sell a cel even if they've only had it for a 
short time. But I have actually had people buy a 
cel that I wanted on YJ or eBay or a cel shop, 
and offer it to me the NEXT DAY for ten times the 
price! They think that just because I have an 
Outlaw Star collection that I am like some kind 
of ATM maching for cel vultures. The sad thing 
is, someone did buy that cel from him later on. 
It's alright for a collector to be fickle, but 
not greedy.
